It seems like Riot is just recycling players for new ones

It just occurred to me that every year when something new comes out or some huge change happens, a large quantity of veteran or older players just straight up quit league or play it less and less, but then all the new players compensate and like the new metas and insanely fast-paced games. I feel like there's going to be a point when there's going to be that many new players in League that veteran's voices won't be heard ever again because of majority.
