This Again: Karma Q and W Buff

Riot in 9.24: buffs shield values Toplane Karma: barely revives Support Karma: still a 48% winrate Riot in 10.2: Let's buff Karma's base damages :)

You see, Riot, Karma hasn't much left. Her fanblade identity was taken away, her replacement identity of twin spirits/dragons never fully realized, her interesting duality spells replaced with simple spell empowering, and nobody cares for that "longest root in the game" gimmick her lvl6 spells moved to Jayce her shieldbomb put onto Ivern and the only thing she still has going for her is her flexbilility Ask Karma players why they like her: Because they can play her in many roles and can build AP to carry their carries if they suck, or build shield if the carry does well.

But with every change in the last few months - if not years - you seem to be focused on making her AP builds progressively unviable, instead of even ONCE trying to adress why her damage patterns might be unhealthy (nearly all of her damage being pushed into ONE projectile, which used to be concious a choice before 5.10). Because even in botlane players suffer from those unreliable, yet hard to dodge damage blobs that hit like a truck. But sure, nerfing her mage capabilities and buffing her support STRENGTH (instead of making her support skills actually interesting, by using the tether) is certainly the way to go!

It just feels like you forgot what you promised when reworking her

Remember that? Because you seem to be going in the exact opposite direction atm. Can you please stop nerf-buffing her into a bland support and actually adress her kit? Because it seems like the only way to play her currently - if you wanna have fun - isn't the Mage Karma build that you sometimes get flamed for picking ("Don't pick a support in mid you dufus!!!"), but rather that abusive tank build, that you can't POSSIBLY convince me is healthier than mage Karma, but actually profits from the recent buffs.

Yes Karma needs a lot of adjustments that should be made only after consulting with the main base but please, leave Karma Toplane out of it, she was never supposed to be there and it does not help anyone when she is there

Honestly, it’s kinda exhausting seeing them chase their own tails about her, but I’m not surprised that they’re choosing to buff her around the time a new skin was released — just like I won’t be surprised in about a month or two when they decide to revert the buffs or find another way to nerf her.

(Also, if you think Riot doesn’t buff champions around skin releases, look at the champions who are up for buffs, consider the champions who are about to receive skins or who have just received them, and think again.)

Riot has been given every direction to take Karma in and tons of ideas to fix her problems. These suggestions ranged from minor tweaks on existing Karma, complete overhauls, and a mixture of old and new Karma. Riot ignores everything and for 7 years now. They are now using or will use the excuse that they cannot do anything on Karma because of her divided fanbase. Riot has exhausted every single excuse they’ve used for the past 7 years to ignore this champion. Their response and refusal to do anything even now is evidence that they don’t care and they won’t be doing anything. This VGU created more problems on a art, identity, and kit level than players think.

if they want flexibility its going to take work, meaning going ap favors wave clear, while going support items favor her shield, but without making ap just have the wave clear and the shield too, as for tank they can just remove the healing from W entirely and focus on either support or damage

First, a champion going multiple lanes equals it being broken as that means they can do way too much stuff. Second oh dear you caught riot contradicting themselves like they do around every 2nd patch. They don't care about fun they want that 50% winrate to show up because that's "balance" for them.

I swear Karma's situation with the fans and Riot is so complicated that I don't know what do you want.

Please, what do you guys want. If ME, a league of legends player who see's that Karma is fine as a support, and as a midlaner. She just require skills that only Karma mains got. What do you want from Riot? I just don't understand what's going on

PS : I'm neutral, I just want to know what's the problem. Help

Can you Karma mains just say exactly what changes you want. I see these Karma posts quite frequently and its getting annoying that they are always incoherent and never straight to the point.
