His ult is ridiculously strong already but his passive healing is stupid as fuck. You already made it so he can build mostly tank and delete people at least let us be able to kill him.

whether a champ is actually OP or not, GW is quite powerful right now. if a champ's healing is a problem, and they're leaning on it, you can pretty much invalidate them even when they're ahead sometimes.
