support to play when my adc keeps getting hooked.

so I play a lot of ap caster and tank types, my favourites being braum, nami, and lulu. But my biggest grievance is when we face an enemy blitz or thresh or nasus, and my adc doesn't dodge the hook and gets pulled in and dies all for one cs. I've recently taken to jumping in the way of the hook myself, but once my one life is used up, and I"m waiting for the timer (or I was chunked pretty bad playing a tankier one) the hook is back up, and I begin to wonder the viability of staying in this lane for much longer before the enemy gets fed. I hear leona loves blitz hooks because he does her job for her, and thresh can just bring his cc wombo to them should that happen, but I'm not very good at thresh or leona comparatively to my other supports. I hear alistar can headbutt and heal, and I've seen him just bum rush the enemy like a fleshy malphite. All that rambling aside, what support would you recommend for playing against a blitz if the adc isn't too good at dodging the pulls (or they just have a lot more on their plate with all the cs they need to do)? how should I best punish him for coming near my adc in the first place?
