Now that tanks rule the game can lee sin get some power back?

Yes i am bias because lee is my main champion, but for what it's worth lee is doing terrible in this meta, and with cinderhulk and shielding and this stupid energizer adc bullshit, lee is struggling harder than i've ever seen him. I feel like you could give him a little bit of his power back at this point, it feels pretty bad to play him right now. Maybe a little bit of the cd on ult reverted? i dunno just a little something.

I feel like our resident blind monk could could use just a small bump to at least keep him relevant.

(yes i expect the lee sin hate cult is going to downvote this into oblivion but i feel i should express my opinion on my favorite champ in the game)
