lux shield on allies to last shorter duration?

A good lux shield can be as effective as soraka ult in team fights.

If you plan on giving her a soft nerf than that's one thing to consider. Or scale less with ap on allies.

You wrote 100% false, so should be a breeze. I just wrote can if well placed which is way less of a stretch. If more ppl contest this claim I would but I don't think it needs doing.

Except if you are comparing max rank Prismatic Barrier to rank 1 Wish (which never happens in a game because no Lux ever maxes W first, not even support Lux), Soraka's base is always superior.

That is without taking the AP scaling (superior on Soraka), Soraka's Wish increase on lower HP allies, and the skillshot nature of Lux's W into account (vs the global nature of Wish).

Not to mention the AoE shield is bound to be wasted on some targets who do not get hit while shielded. A heal is a heal whether you take hits or not.
