riot should rework leaverbuster and add a pause system

the remake was a step in the right direction but not 100% effective. sometimes the warning goes unnoticed. we need a sound for it. next is when you have an issue causing you to not connect, you should only get dodge queue penalties. its no worse so why punish us harder. if we dc'd after the 3 min and never came back, fine. before you bring the unplugged router issue, they could've just dodged to begin with and if they connected, you don't get the remake. another thing try should do is make it so you don't have to stay queued for 20 min. if that's too much, then make it so we can look at other shit in the client. maybe i want to look at a champion while i wait but i cant do that or just click lcs worlds bc im too lazy to open the web browser but i cant do that because its blacked out. also we nee a pause system like in dota. in dota, you can push f9 and the game will pause after 3 seconds and if someone left, the enemy cant unpause for 60 sec. ether side should be able to unpause. if someone is afk, only that team can unpause for 60 sec. also everyone should only get 3 pauses with a 5 min cd for each player. i don't mean for the whole team.just whoever paused the game. that's how it works in dota. it will really help should someones net drops midgame and they need to reset the modem or router. this will make sure that if they do come back, their game wont be impacted as much. these wouldd all be good changes
