Can Sona get a QoL buff and one single small thing she had pre-rework

Is it too much to ask for her Diminuendo to actually have an effect that does not look like the enemy is drinking a HP pot so it no longer gets ignored 99% of the time, as well as her getting a SINGLE powerchord stack when she ults?

I'm not asking for huge buffs to her, even though I don't like how she needs so much damn AP to work, and her E gives 1% ms per rank only, I have optimistic feelings of the preseason and season 6 changes to help out the stalest of lanes in the game that could really help those supports who have not been seen all year round But for right now you could at-least make her W powerchord have an effect that your allies can actually respond to ...Diminish effect removed in PBE....why?...this would create a better reaction, both Diminuendo and polymorph are different skills made to produce the same reaction from your teammates, but only polymorph gets the reaction And give her back the powerchord stack when she ults, it was removed out of nowhere in season 4 with no patch notes confirming why it was taken from her, please can we have it back
