Lulu receving no nerfs this patch??

Lulu has been blatently busted lately, and honestly whenever Lulu is meta it's pretty toxic for the lane she is in and this time she is just autowinning bot lane and the game if Kog is also picked.

It feels like she just wasn't in the right meta before and kept getting buffs and now that she is in a meta where she thrives she is just completely busted, the attack speed steriod early to mid is crazy and makes it so much harder to trade or fight her and her ADC. Not to mention she can completely invalidate Assassins from a game with a point and click ability and so much extra hp for her ADC.

Something just has to go, either the Attack speed has to go down or her passive damage or her polymorph duration considering like i said before it is point and click

A lot of problems lie in how freely aggressive she can be, a travel time to her E would help immensely. There's no need to nerf what identifies Lulu.

What I meant was that you shouldn't nerf what makes Lulu, Lulu. It'd be best to nerf her poke or instant damage instead of something iconic like her Whimsy.

This is a huge patch that is going to completely shake up the meta. Just wait and see how it plays out. She also definitely can be beat bot lane if paired with Kog'Maw. What does Kog/Lulu do against Caitlyn/Karma?
