650 ⇒ 700 Health
40 ⇒ 30 AD
Recipe: Jaurim's Fist + Pickaxe + Ruby Crystal + 625 ⇒ Longsword + Giant's Belt + 550g
This is practically a revert to pre-5.22 except it has a superior recipe. "So then why bother buffing it compared to what it was before?" That was when is was so niche it was barely usable. 5.22 was a buff it really needed, and now it's just going to go back to being barely usable.

with they'd just nerf gnar and his annoying % max hp three-hit passive that he abuses the crap out of. I don't know if his transformation is actually good for his kit or not at this point, because it actually cuts his easy-too-lane range harassment short by forcing him to transform... or if its bad because it gives him a chunk of health and more CC abilities that he can actually chain spam together for a burst of damage.

Nerf it, then no one will use it. Nerf the champions, then all will be well.
But they never want to touch Yasuo, so of course they're going to nerf everything he exploits into oblivion while leaving him practically untouched.
