The Grading system turns a single game into a competition on two separate fronts.

Your end-of-game stats are your performance in that game against the other team in the same game.

Your grade is your performance in that game against people playing your champion and role in other games.

If you didn't outperform jungle Nocturne players across relative criteria (including KP), you're not getting an S. Literally none of the other players' stats in this specific game compared to yours matter.

I use cs to judge because there's no way everyone in my game is bad at cs'ing. I know it's based on globals but I can't find anywhere I can see those stats.

less then 150 CS only 6 kills maybe your Vision scrore?

I had one hell of a time getting my M7 on Xayah I was getting 20/2/10 but my CS and Vision score were always too low.

Your KDA is good but your kill participation is pretty low. Your ward score is almost nonexistent and this is probably the main reason why it was only an A+, ward score matters a lot and you only placed 3 in 20 minutes.

Edit: And as far as I understand it (of course I could be wrong):

Everything is weighed fairly equally with the exception of Support S-ranks. Supports generally have higher requirements for vision score and less for CS, but every other role has to have a good amount of: wards, kills, objective damage, CS, and a low amount of deaths.

Usually I buy sweeper early on for lane ganks, so my vision score ends up being pretty bad unless the enemy does their job right :(

I have no idea why you are putting 20% kill participation like It's something good... that sort of kill participation is atrocious no matter what role you are playing, specially on someone like nocturne who can get into fights pretty easily.
