The adc changes were so fucking useless. It was supposed to make bot lane diverse.

I've just realized riot will never actually make this game meaningfully diverse. We'll just see the same exact team strategy, lane priorities and marksmen carries every single game we have for years until the game eventually dies.

Adc "outplays" in pro games and the like are just too popular for the twitch viewers to spam "poggers" too and ADC players are not only a large player base but a large base playing one single archetype. So any changes that make them even near an optional pick like everyone else is results in a wave of crying from adc mains and people who never want this meta to change ever.

I'd rather we just have some work to update marksmen to make their kits make more sense with crit (especially the new crit items).

All three of those you mentioned need some work. And there are several others that do, as well.

Ezreal : 30% pickrate, 48% winrate - appropriate for a champion with such a high pickrate.

Kaisa : Has nerfs on the way. A major nerf to her passive's AP ratio (decreased by a third) and to her ult shield duration.

Lucian : Needs nerfs.
