@Meddler, so what happens when the pbe fervor change still shows no help to the reliant marksman

Already got word from smashgizmo about kalista's change being pulled to see if fervor helps. There is no way that lucian can be considered to be in an okay state. And there is the increasingly dropping number of kindred mains feeling like riot has no idea how the champ function (there were already quite a few).

Kalista is the only positive looking one with the consideration to bring back the rend change in 7.1 pbe. But the other ones have had responses of feeling like riot is completely walled off from the community of mains.
