I am the one who mains Sivir. That is how I know: I can be out ranged by Caitlyn . I can CC'd and killed by Blitzcrank , Taric , and any other champ with CC. I can be outmaneuvered by Kindred , Akali , Katarina , Kalista . I can be suppressed by Malzahar , and chunked by Darius . I can be charmed by Ahri and outmaneuvered by her as well. And let's not even start mentioning Ashe , Nunu , Amumu , and especially Rengar .

Sivir is NOT OP.

Sivir does not need nerfs. She can be outmaneuvered and outplayed. She has to stand still to throw her weapon, making her vulnerable to ganks and well-placed shots from another ADC. She is squishy, especially when you build her glass cannon. The only sustain you can give her is with item 3072 , item 3156 , and item 3102 , if it is a AP heavy team and item 3026 when they are bruiser heavy.

She is heavily punished when out of position and you can tear her down with CC.

She has already w buff.

Her W loses damage with each enemy and minion it goes through. By the time it finishes chaining, your taking minimal damage.

It is known as a counter pick she has more range than Lucian ,personally my choice would be Caitlyn .that is only my preference many people get her and use her that does not mean she is OP it means you do not know how to counter her and so you call for a nerf . getting outplayed by her can happen if you do not take the time to learn the champions and if she is doing well in competitive play it means that in all probability the players have taken the time to learn everything she can do.

Again you show no evidence she is OP,if you can not deliver then say so.In case you need a hint on how to kill her try any of these, Caitlyn more range she dies, Jhin more range she dies, Tristana rapid fire and a bomb on her head can turret dive and jump out after...oh yeah she dies, Thresh pulls her close for anyone she dies XinZhao gank dead sivir, Rengar dead bot lane the list can be quite long but I am sure you can figure out how she is soooo Op that she needs a nerf that you could offer more than she is in competitive play all the time.

She has been nerfed. Just because her W crits on everything it hits when a crit procs, does NOT make her OP.

And before you say, "I am talking about her skills." Let's get the vocabulary correct: Abilities: What is in a champ's kit, including passive. Skill: What it takes to play to a champ to its highest potential.

So, once again, when you nerf her Abilities, AKA her kit, you nerf a champ that has already seen countless nerfs.
