One thing that still bothers me about ekko...

Why does the second part of his Q have less base damage on the second hit until rank 4 and 5?

It's a nitpick, I know, but it still bothers me. Rank 1 Q's first hit will do more damage than the second hit until you have 50 AP, and then only if you get more AP does the second hit do more damage.
