Why was there a plat in my silver ranked game?

Like.... I'm currently 25W - 9L in ranked, so I understand if my MMR is a bit higher than my current division..... but Plat? How is it fair that a Silver 4 Veigar has to play against a Plat in ranked? To be fair, my team did well and I don't think we won purely because of the Plat, but I did kind of feel bad winning that one. Sorry Veigar.

(obv not dynamic queue boosting because thats almost impossible with this system!)
