Shyvana is getting a huge direct buff and also a huge indirect nerf but how will she do

Ive always been a shyvana main and everytime i play somthing else, somthing just calls me back. Shyvana is getting a buff to her passive where she deals 20% bonus damage to dragons (10%) and they buffed the %on hit damage on her e to 3.25%(2.5%). Thats a pretty big buff. On The other hand there are the jungke changes which dont favor her at all. Shyvana was deaigbed to farm and scale. Tbey are lowering the exp scaling on monsters so it will take even longer for her to get lvl 6 and start ganking because before lvl 6, they arent good. If theese vuffs pht her on top, im sensing a pattern. At the beginning of each season, shyvana is god tier. Anyways another thing about these jg changes is they could possibly trigger the need for fast cleasr which shyvana is known for. The jg changes are still pretty destructive to her playstyle which may be why they are buffing her. So where does this leave her in 9.2. will the pattern of strong at the beginning of the season continue or will she be crap.
