Zyra update (needs just tweaks not a full rework)

Zyra needs Plant AI fixed (it has been bugged since she was released, they fixed them for a short time on the PBE then reverted it) Passive reworked <=- ONLY thing that needs a rework. E speed made bit faster (people are too fast now days) Ulted Plants made untargetable for their duration (like Illaoi's Tentacles) Ult expand speed doubled (again people can just walk out of it before the damage happens)

Nobody has ever said she would be receiving a full rework -.- Maximum of 2 (if we are lucky maybe 3) abilities will be changed drastically per champion and in Zyra's case it's easy to figure what those will be: her passive and plants.

i dunno making zyra similar to ziggs in a way would be interesting like a extended range ult
