His ad scalings are out the ass and these changes made him too strong.

The moment he finishes black cleaver I get bursted without counter play because i'm silenced

If you have CC you can hit him before the Q even hits you. especially shitty if it's a stun or a knockback or a silence of your own. Try it let him get in Q range, and as he's doing the animation, throw out your CC spell

he has the shortest duration silence in the game and it's on a melee ability. and it's delayed.

its the fact that he can q me for half my health before spinning on me or ulting for the other half. This takes place in less time than an assassin can burst me and he doesn't have to be ahead to do it. And not every champion has cc

his spin takes 3 seconds and his Q takes an extra second just to land from when it actually starts. i think ur exaggerating 2 b h
