Riot, if you want Leblanc to not be a permaban hated champion, just reduce E tether range.

Pretty silly that you can flash someone like Nocturne's but you can't flash Leblanc's, whose tether is ranged and is a massive nuke by itself.

Meanwhile if used properly with R you can't dodge due to the angle coverage and fat hitbox.

There's a reason anyone above plat only uses R-->E first if they can help it.

Oh my god that tether range. It was ALWAYS kind of bullshit, but know its just stupid long. I had a LeBlanc tell me it wasn't too long because "so many champions have dashes now" but seriously unless you've got a Sion dash the only way you're getting away from it is if LeBlanc lets you.
