The champion is not balanced at all... the point of the assassin update was to give counterplay to assassins and give you a window to to react to their one shot... he isn't hitting the mark.. and he is fucking worse with the new lethality. Whats worse is most people just build him full tank and you can't peel him either as a mage. The one fucking class that absolutely must be peelable is fucking assassins... but he has a cc immunity xDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
