Comparing Lee Sin's Ult and Tristana's Ult

Meeks011··4 votes·573 views

Tristana's: Buster Shot Cost: 100 Mana Damage: 300/400/500 +100% AP Knockback Distance: 600/800/1000 Cooldown: 100/85/70 Range: 543 + 7 * Level

Lee Sin's: Dragon's rage Cost: Nothing Damage: 200/400/600 +200% Bonus AD Knockback Distance: 1200 at all levels Cooldown: 90/75/50 Range: 375

So the only advantage's Tristana's has is damage at early levels and range. Tristana is a marksmen but her ult scales with the wrong thing. Also Lee has a super great scaling of 200% bonus AD so at early levels it'll probably be dealing more damage than Trist's ult anyway. Lee's has a lower cooldown and no cost on top of all that. But this is all totally balanced because it brings "diversity" to League of Legends.

"Compare the rest of their kits"

Passive: Prevents energy from ever actually gating him and gives him a tremendously strong attack speed steroid.

Q: Massive range bush-checking, costless skillshot with high damage and scaling that then turns into a gapcloser execute with massive base damage and scaling.

W: A shield re-position skill that gives lifesteal/spellvamp.

E: Aoe damage nuke that has 100% scaling and is also an AoE stealth reveal with a slow. Icing on the cake? It's magic damage that scales off of attack damage, making Lee very difficult to itemize against.

EDIT:

F***ing called it.

You can't analyze two skills while not taking into account the rest of the kit for both champs. You could compare Trist's ult with Vayne's Condemn and claim the latter superiority beacuse of CC and CD. Champ's balance must be looked at as a whole. I agree Lee Sin's might be quite strong, but he requires both skill (Q is easy to dodge and missing it leaves him extremely vulnerable) and resources (his W mobity needs a Sightstone to be fully exploited).

Idgaf is he's overpowered, he's overloaded and annoying to fight against. No they aren't comparable but it's still frustrating and proves just how kit-strong this guy is.

His attack speed steroid is on 24/7 if it's a good Lee Sin that has a rhythm with his abilities.

Idk what Lee's you are playing against, but since when does Lee nuke. If he built all damage he isn't even relevent.

Lee's ult also doesn't have the utility of being a different damage source of what he scales off of as well as doesn't push everyone else back (usually using trist's ult for that reason is more effective than using Lee's ult for that reason). Also she can target minions to hit people at even longer range if she's scared enough.

Missing his Q isn't a problem cause it's on a 7 second cooldown. And Lee Sin is never "vulnerable" because he has his W as well that he CAN'T MISS and if you get close he'll ult you halfway across the screen. He doesn't need a sightstone to exploit it cause he has allies, minions, and his starting trinket.

This has the be the stupidest post I've read all day. They aren't even remotely the same type of champ. Lee's is more versatile, Tristiana's ult is more for safety.

Range makes a HUGE difference.

Meeks0111 votes

Not really, with Lee Sin's mobility range isn't an issue.

lets forget how one has more peel for an already safe adc

You can't get a hole in your argument and then "fuc*ing call it" beforse someone reasonably points it out xD Anyhow you exagerated in describing his kit. Plus, he's outclassed by many nowadays junglers.

Better nerf Veigar's ratio, gg too strong for something that isn't a skillshot. LeeSin We still want him to be a burst mage though, so figure it out.

"Look at these two completely different archetypes of champions with one remotely similar skill. One is better than the other as a stand-alone skill. Obviously, Riot's not balancing this game for shit."

Look at all the scrubs pretending they know how to balance a fucking see-saw, let alone League of Legends.

They are entirely different champions, you can't compare the abilities like that. Trist is an ADC and having an ultimate that can self peel provides a lot of utility.
