Zhonya no longer reduce your cooldown when in stasis
maybe instead of being 500% efficient now its down to 499%

Semantic3 votesActually, this would be a really significant nerf. A lot of times on a shorter cooldown caster (like Annie, Syndra, Cassiopoeia), I will often use my burst abilities, then zhonya's while specifically waiting for another round to come up.
Honestly, it's a pretty good idea IF you consider Zhonya's to be ridiculous OP.
