Frostfire Ryze1 votesDifficult to pull off (have to steal a few kills to get items) but once you got gold yes she can be very strong. She is confined by not being able to farm reliably. She shines in event modes like ARAM or Dominion where you get set amount of gold same as everyone and through teamfights with some tanky members on your team to be meatshields for you whilst you snipe out enemy team's carries.
Frostfire Ryze1 votesshe can be op in many soloq games in lane because of easy executions on her abilities and you can't make mistakes with her. This means if you don't know how to punish her weakness she will continue to enjoy her advantages
