gragas needs a rework
his kit is just too broken. cinderhulk gutted, armour gutted, gragas base dmg gutted, now he is STILL PLAYED IN LCS EVERY DAM GAME. pls remove/rework this tub of lard>

His base dmg was never gutted or even touched other than making his w 8% max health at all levels
