Riot can you do anything right? Pretty obvious that stupid champ design was going to be OP. Can you get anything right off PBE?

He's a tanky Lulu With a Perma Help Pix, a Glitter Lance that stuns, an AoE Heal and with a delayed AoE Kayle Ulti.

Broken is not even the half of it.

First off make his Bastion passive instead part of Dazzle

When Dazzle is on Cooldown taric and his ally who would get the bonus armor do not have the bonus armor. This makes Dazzle something to be careful in using.

Also make his ult 1.5/2/2.5 or make it so that all enemies and allies can not be damaged while in that area.

He offers to much unchecked defensive power currently.

I wouldnt say he is broken, but he is definitely too strong at the moment.
