A much needed change
We need to make it so when there's a pre-made, they can't just troll and vote no to deny a surrender. If there's a 2 man premade, the surrender vote should go down to "3 votes needed"

Maybe they aren't ignoring it. They don't know how to fix things that can be abused. The game is basically run by players (because nobody really fights bots forever.) and being human nobody is perfect, some of them are obviously going to be toxic.
General Esdeath 1 votesI just put a solution for them right there. It already reduces votes needed to 3 when there's an afk, I'm sure it could be done for premades.
