Lucian is in need of buffs

At least give him some mini buffs to get him out of the 46% winrate.. to like at least 48 or 50. http://i.imgur.com/3EPM0no.png

And reddit a while ago mentioned that his winrate is 0% picked 13 times combined with EU and NA in LCS a month ago. (I wonder what his winrate in LCS is now) Source:https://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/39tig9/lucian_has_currently_a_0_winrate_in_13_lcs_picks/

Dont you guys just at least think Riot overnerfed lucian a little? Cmon just feel some sympathy for the Lucian mains out there

And Honerable Mentions:

Buff these guys as well
