I hope this isn't all Naut is getting

i'm glad that naut is getting some attention after he got hit so hard from direct and indirect nerfs but neither of these buffs seem to address what's actually making him weak right now (extreme mana costs that hurt him top and jungle, poor clearing speeds that make jungling impossible)

i hope you'll take some good care with naut as long as you're looking at him. i'm not speaking for anyone but myself but I think it would be best to try to retool him back towards jungling; I think that's where he's healthiest
