Will Vladimir still be tanky?
Everyone is talking about his Q. I don't actually mind it gone as long as Vlad has other ways of sustaining himself, and that his new Q at least is still a targeted spell (we already have too many point-clicks that became skillshots, and we need point-click spells to deal with incredibly mobile champions like Kalista and Lee Sin)
But what actually worries me the most is if Vlad will still be tanky. Currently, Vlad gains HP with the amount of AP that he builds (and the reverse is also true, but the amount of AP that he gains by building HP is very small). It seems like a trivial bonus, but it actually helps a lot more than people think. Vlad is a sustain mage, as all we knows. To make the best possible use of this sustain, Vlad needs to be tanky. Otherwise he would die before he could even had the chance to sustain himself. And that's one of the best uses of his passive, giving Vlad enough HP to allow him to survive the initial burst and then sustain himself during a battle.
I would like to know if Vlad will still have that passive. Or if he will have another means of becoming tanky. Either by better base stats (his base HP currently isn't that amazing but his passive compensates for that) or something else that allows him to survive better.
