Unviable Champions in desperate need of buffs

These champions are trash tier right now. The only way these champions win is by massively outplaying their opponent. In fact anyone that mains these champions is a mechanical god and could easily get 2-3 full Tiers above their current if they played easy mode broken noob champs like . It's a well known fact that Assassins are the hardest champions in the game to play, and to have them in such a pitifully under-powered state simply because unskilled Mage mains don't have the skill to play them is unacceptable.

The time has come Riot, you know what to do. Bring Assassins back into being playable.

First of all, the only one that i see in that group that is suffering is . All the other guys are fairly ok. Sure, they're weaker than before but that was because they were too strong. Right now, they're just mediocre due to the tank meta. These guys don't need buffs beside Kassadin. I still see them go out of control with their kills. You just got to learn their kits and that is it. No buffs necessary.

If anyone needs a buff it would be Elise. She has been dormant since like season 2 or something. That is a champion that is in need of a buff
