Oh right, this disgusting champ wasn't even picked consistently at LCS because of strong waveclear, this horrid champ wasn't even reworked because it was strong on too much points (yeah sure, bursts people who get too close, wtf is this? They shouldn't be punished for overextending, they should kill Viktor while he takes 2 seconds to kill them and they have to remain inside his ult), no this champion offered absolutely nothing, he was truly a useless, garbage, and forgotten champ, people couldn't even remember his name...

Meanwhile Maokai gets played much more only in spring playoffs because sapling duration was buffed (resulting in more vision time) in 6.6, and holy shit, he suddendly deserve a Victorious skin (then stops being played that frequently because Grasps gets nerfed, wtf is this black magic?).
