Kindred; Consistency and Snow-ball Prevention (Change)

Kindred needs a consistency to her passive- because right now it is too reliant on snowballing to get stacks and she is useless without them, so useless when behind.

My suggestion is something like lower the per stack damage to +1% from +1.25%; and you gain an additional effect to grant +1 stack per 300 seconds (5 minutes) so you can get stacks even when behind, and can tone back her snowballing potential when she gets ahead.

kindred shouldn't get freebies on her passive.

Remember the champion spotlight. The best way to counter jungle the marked targets is with friends.

Granted, (especially in YoloQ) the Jungler is the least likely person to get help.

Or is this a complaint about snowballing? Cause for snowballing to work, You usually need help to get ahead, and then you can pretty much stay ahead. But if a snowballer, could start snowballing without any help, that would be a balance issue.

I would honestly say she looks fine. (until I see otherwise) You just really need to work on playing smart.

Its not a complaint post at all - its a solution post - she needs a reliable way to get damage without snowballing to be competitively viable; it also helps prevent hard snowball cases simultaneously

Smart plays involves Kindred is useless because there are no risky plays to get stacks; this combines risk and reliable intelligence together rather having an extreme in either direction
