How to fix the community

REVAMP THE RULES

heres some ideas:

obviously keep current rules but you need to add new ones (and bring back an updated tribunal system where players can watch the in game gameplay instead of just seeing chat logs and builds and score)

-report option for players who take advantage of feeders/afkers ect (and im talking the people who are like , oh ashe is intentionally feeding? HEY ASHE COME TOP FEED ME PLS C;?")

• report option for saying GG in a clearly horrid game would work on the basis of, if you say "GG to EZ" or "GEEEEEEGEEEEE" ect or gloat about a win and the game was clearly horrid for the losing team then saying stuff like that should be reportable and considered toxic (because to me i fucking hate enemies who say gg after an intentional feeder and and/or afks)

-report option for off meta builds/lane gone wrong If somebody goes AD leo jungle and ends up feeding, I dont want to report them for intentionally feeding, but they should be reported and warned that in ranked play mainly, off meta builds arent against the rules AS LONG AS THEY DONT IMPACT THE GAME NEGATIVELY FOR YOUR TEAM meaning they need to go practice in customs or norms before taking off meta shit to ranked

• report option for: banning champions your team asked you not to ban

simple enough, this should be reportable

-remove the negative attitude report players shouldnt be punished for thinking its game over if the enemy adc is 25/0 7 minutes into the game, if they turn toxic and start flaming thats different, but you tell me one person who would be positive in that situation and not want to quit

-remove the 5 min CD of /ff votes and move the /ff to ten minutes not 20

because lets be honest ten minutes in can make or break a game and players should be allowed to spam it as much as they want if they really feel the game is that shitty

-majority vote surrender: should be 3/5 not 4/5 yes votes simple enough

-ENFORCE THE SUMMONERS CODE Am I the only one who read the damn thing and tries to follow it as best as i can? and who has to constantly remind players about it?

such as things like -you cant be reported for off meta things (ive been reported or harrassed god knows how many times just simply because i didnt want to take flash/ignite)

• dying alot isnt grounds for intentional feeding (remember the 5 zeal days?)

-ranked play ideas

1. before ranked play once you hit level 30 you should be forced to watch 24 hours worth of league tutorials with quizzes at the end of each lesson and you should be required to get a 100% on each quiz or you must start FROM THE start with new lessons and quizzes and questions that are never the same or in the same order with the same answer
