I mean he is a pretty fine champion he lacks some stuff just like 
some buffs can surely help him out, but rework? no! dont make same mistakes with this "mage update" bcs you once done this allready
you should focus on reworking some more older champions first like 
then we can talk about newest champs

Calling it a rework is a dramatic exaggeration. It is PART of the mage rework but are meant to just be small changes to bring out his strategic niche.
Void Nargacuga2 votesUpdate does not mean a Rework. Usually its just small changes to make everyone understand the champions specific reason to pick them or make them more enjoyable to play as and against.
