@Riot Can you please take a good look at Fizz soon? Also Fizz mini-rework!!!

I remember how Riot talked about Leblanc not fulfilling her title as "The Deciever" and as such they changed her kit to a point in which she is indeed able to deceive people with her ultimate as well as still do the same melting damage she did before, the main difference being that she has that damage more spread out instead of all frontloaded and at once.

I'd say that Fizz doesn't fufill the role of "Tidal trickster" other than his E ability. So you have Fizz's W which sets a large bleed on enemy champions... and last time I checked, bleeding wasn't very tide or trick related.

Not to mention that after the bleed reaches a certain duration(2 seconds if I remember right) the damage of Fizz's next spell is increased against the marked targets which might SOUND like it could include some tricking(like hitting one enemy then going for another one entirely) but with fizz being able to approach with his E,Q anditem 3152 if he feels like buying it... he is able to close almost ANY gap that is made with very little problems.

I can admit that his E is one of those moves which will be infinitely fun to use and infinitely frustrating to deal with in it's current state. His E, is not a problem in his kit however.

Fizz's Q allows him to dash to any enemy he wants within a moderately sized range; his Q is the thing that utterly breaks Fizz from being balanced to being horrendously strong. If his Q range is ever to be out-ranged, he can deal with it thanks to his E. If he has a chance of missing his E he can go for the safer Q option on a minion first.

I believe with small changes to Fizz, we can "Leblanc" him and make him fit his Title better as well as create somewhat healthier gameplay.

NEW Q: Dance of the waves: Fizz dashes in a target direction, dealing 10/20/30/40/50 + 20% of AP magic damage and leaving behind pools of water that last for 10 seconds. Fizz can reactivate this ability while standing on a pool once which turns adds onto his E a 4/3/2/1 added second(s) of cooldown(increased by CDR)

Mana cost: 33/44/55/66/70

CD: 15 seconds(starts when the pools of water expire)

Reasons for Q change: The old Q allowed him to get free hits off as well as dealing damage. This Q makes Fizz have more choices to make and makes successfully tricking opponents via making them think you were going to use a pool of water feel much better than the current point-and-click Q. This Q change also shift's more power into the lategame of Fizz.

W changes: Passive: enemies hit by Fizz are marked for 6 seconds

Active: Fizz's next autoattack will deal 25/30/35/40/45+ 50% AP damage in a bleed over 5 seconds. If an enemy has a mark that has lasted 3 seconds his next spell deals 20(+2 per 100 AP)% more damage.

Mana refund: Same as live Cooldown: Same as live Mana cost: Same as live Reasons for W change: Tank fizz is emerging as a more optimal way to play him due to item 3078 in tandem with his current W having synergy. I thought I'd make it harder to use his Tank build while giving AP fizz about the same amount of power as he does in live servers.

So please give me your thoughts, criticisms, and general everything. I do ask that you keep it constructive, however.

EDIT: why do people feel the need to downvote without posting a comment?

Fizz has some problems... I'd rather try and solve them rather than wait for the next year to pass before the cycle of fizz nerfs and buffs, weak then strong, happens over and over again.

He was honestly fine before the god awful rework that did nothing but fuck with him and create all sorts of more problems.
