Simple trap okay lets say you wanna ban 
but you dont wanna waste the ban you actually wanna ban 
. So what you do is you hover your cursor on and hold till its noticeably annoying. Then switch to immediately. This fools the other team into thinking "Holy shit maybe hes gonna pick fizz. I dont like fizz." and the enemy bans him thinking they foiled your plan.. hahahahahahaha.

People who don't pay attention will sometimes click a champ they want to play when they want to ban something else so they'll switch. The enemy will occasionally (or often if its a frustrating pick) ban the champ you hovered thinking you misclicked on a champ you wanted.

If I see someone who's changing their ban on the last second, I'm going to assume that he was trying to decide who to ban, but would rather avoid both champions. If I have any skill with said champion, I'll probably pick it just so I can likely be a personal counter to someone (or just a pick that annoys the hell out of them).
