This is actually a pretty good idea; there aren't and stacking in combat tank runes. There's burst tankiness(?) with aftershock, long term scaling tankiness with grasp, but no practical tank rune that allows for a progression of in-fight tankiness. I think something like "every time you're damaged y an enemy champion, gain 2-7 armor and magic resist, and 2% damage reduction, stacking up to 5 times". That's just my idea, I'm up for discussion.
Infallible: Gain 2% damage reduction per second in combat, up to 10% (make it the same stacking mechanic as conqueror). At max stacks, heal for the amount of damage negated (after armor and mr) as well and gain (x armor and mr based on level).
good rune but should reduce damage done by 5% per stack (if it stacks up 4/5 times) bc Tanks being tanky and one shotting is not ok
I think the problem is conq is busted so this would probably end up being busted too
