Wukong outdated

has benefitted greatly from the item changes and champion changes during season 8. He is currently in a state where he is able to press R and win a fight or even a lane with only in his inventory.

Just about 10 minutes before I wrote this, my team and I got completely obliterated by a relatively unexperienced Wukong. He represented the phenomenon I described earlier in this post, he just smashed some abilities and did heaps of damage.

Should (or CAN) there be a change to this? Should Wukong be able to do the things he is doing now?
