If a Hypercarry, or an entire team, or both, are doing that to you, it should honestly be expected.

The real question is did you do something useful with those 4 seconds you gave yourself? After all, there's no point in being impossible to kill if you do literally nothing (old late game Garen if you built him full tank, now that was a fucker that you could never harm that also did effectively nothing).

You got a free initiation as a Tank or Juggernaut?

ALL of your abilities would be up, including whatever ability you use to smash into the enemy team from afar, only now you're doing that from within enemy lines. In basically any context, people would curse the shit out of a Blitzcrank if he grabbed a Tank. It's commonly regarded as the worst thing you could do as a Blitzcrank. Why are you, the tank in question, getting mad about this then?

Because when the blitz has 3 seconds of cc and I die in 4 seconds, at least one of which was me being in Zac passive, there isn't much I can do.

Blitz can at his max cc someone for 2 seconds, and that's assuming he chains his Q R E combo perfectly - nobody does this, at best he got you for 1 and a half seconds.

I don't want to sound like an ass but genuinely I don't pay that much attention to the exact amount of time of things like blitz cc. Also 2 seconds of cc is 2 seconds of cc, no matter how well it is stringed together. And even so if I am in Zac passive for one second, and I take 2 seconds of cc, I have 1 second to do things. That isn't much time, and it's ridiculous that I build full tank and this happens.
