New Sorcery Keystone: Unleashed Power

Gain AP until out of combat every time you deal damage to an enemy champion with abilities. Decays rapidly out of combat after a delay.

Gain 1 stack per champion hit for dots and AoE effects, and 3-5 stacks for single target, non-dot damage.

So Conqueror is for fighters, and this new rune is more for control mages who don't burst but rather use constant damage such as dots or low cooldown spells.

umm not sure this is a good idea... couple reasons.

ap supports... ap junglers.

you have to think about what something can break, not just what it can fix. otherwise your just as bad as riot

How is that a problem? It's not meant only for midlaners

... how is that an problem..

well first off junglers dont attack champions as often as any other class, therefore it will speed out their entire clear

as for supports.. riot in thier infite wisdom though that inspiration shoudl give more ap than sorcery so supports start with like 35 ap, on top of that after they deleted items such as and sightstone 800 gold u dont have to spend and item 3312 which is about 1500 gold u dont need to spend quite as soon. you can build AP MUCH SOONER.. this makes supports do a LOT more damage than in prevoius season.. becuase thier first 2300 gold is no longer being spend tword support items... instead it's being spent on damage

on top of that, the deletion of sightstone and ruby sightstone means supports are no longer limited to 5 items.. therefore they can do even MORE damage come late game...

this is is casuing supports to be "too strong" we arnt getting "more gold" we are getting "less support things to spend the gold on" and therefore are spending all the gold on damage

you misread the effect of the keystone proposed.

... i guess i did..... unless u changed it via edit.

"somehow i read your post as as "gain AP passively out of combat that is expended a few seconds after upon hitting a champion"

well what i thought u said was a bad idea [sg-lulu]

I just want to make sure im understanding this. Is this basically a semi-veigar-passive that decays when out of combat? I dont honestly think this is a good idea unless they did not rapidly decay. I understand it would be kinda good in a teamfight but this does nothing to help during lane phase unless youre perma pushing while at the same time tagging your lane opponent constantly which we know would run you oom.

Yea the numbers would have to be decided by Riot. I just want something other than a poking keystone. It should be good enough that it does more damage than comet and aery in all ins / extended trades / teamfights but does nothing for champs that poke a lot.

semi control a what now? the domination tree 100% counters this with unrelenting burst damage.
