Jungle Akali is actually really good if you know how to play it. I guess you could get it if you want to just splitpush all game but you aren't looking for high dps from auto attacks to kill a target. You want burst to take them down quickly rather than dps which takes longer to kill them. Also, Morellos aint half bad on Akali. Sure the mana regen is wasted but the stats it gives for the price is pretty good.
