god of bush, pretty much always have a free jump in this map. Also manaless spear extremely broken in this map, also plenty of bushes too many walls for her to stun u dont fight rumble in the jg, dont fight rumble in ascension dont chase singed resets resets resets no room to dodge his stun

I'm on an 12 game win streak with Maokai Maokai and am 14-3 with him overall (I also never played Maokai before ascension this weekend).

He's a bit weaker early, but his pros on ascension are too big to pass up:

His e provides vision when you don't have wards
His e is long enough ranged to deny relic captures from a distance
He's a teamfight king with his ultimate
He's got loads of peel on low cooldowns, which lets him keep the Ascended alive for a long time
Likewise, he can lockdown the enemy ascended to deny their damage so your team can take them down without suffering many 2 point casualties
When he ascends, he's nigh unkillable due to being insanely tanky (and the bonus AD and AP means you can't ignore him).
His passive is great sustain on a map with no recalls allowed, and everyone spamming abilities.

maokai is very strong in general atm, and in an enviornment where u wanna teamfight all the time his ult is so valueble

You mean Shaco ? Because he's worse than Teemo in terms of movement. At least you can kill a Teemo, but a Shaco can just juke you and come back with a knife as full AP and run off again.

Honestly, there should be more Teemos in the game than not.

No such thing. Both champions have ups and downs, you just have to exploit them.

Here's a tip, you can buy ARAM items like item 3185 and item 3187 so you can do trap detections and reveal stealthed enemies.

It's also th champion's function in general, I love blinding stupid yi's who wasted alpha for nothing and watch them cry.

btw those 2 items cost like 2k golds each

Worth every penny, you don't get kills with champions, but you get gold destroying shrooms/boxes.

Also, blinding a YI before an alpha is the worse idea ever because they can dodge the blind at all.

teemo has that special spot in my heart. I suck at kiting, lasthitting, and positioning, but when I play teemo I feel like my overall skill increased a lot.

For me, I just like the idea of him being a responsible military captain who'll do anything to protect his city.

And I love to follow up on that idealism when playing as Teemo, just wanting to save allies, kill enemies before they get fed and help my team to win games.

Teemo is a special champion, when you are playing teemo you are playing a different game than everyone else. You need to play like a real scout. You need to go into enemy territory and set up visions with shroom. You need to be stingy and slippery, never actually fighting the enemy but harass the enemy with poisons and your swiftness. With 90% of the champions in the game being "Goes right into people's face and murder them", Teemo provides a different type of game experience which I really enjoy.

True that, shame that people dislike that gameplay style. For them it's always "Jump in, kill people, enjoy gold" mentality.

If the game was entirely that... What fun would it be at all? No challenges, no different gamestyles, etc...
