So what actually happened during that Veigar rework?

From what I could tell, they changed his kit to make it less anti-fun but overall gave him better CDs and mana costs. It seemed far more like buffs than it did nerfs or "gutting" him. So his stun isn't instant anymore. Do you want to play against that? Because I don't. I had played him a few times when he was free and my god he is stupid strong. I never understood why everyone said Veigar was gutted with his rework.

Then, people were clamoring for buffs and now that he's gotten buffs everyone's asking for nerfs (though I think that AP on Assists was overkill). I just...I don't even know at this point.

dude, a few month ago he WAS useless, no but. his stun and w would never hit anybody.

Because Q became a skillshot and skillshots are too hard to hit for Veigar mains. Meanwhile the real problem, his ult, was left with just a scaling nerf (120% -> 100%). Forever an easy, disgusting champion.

Why is every idiot saying this? So before he didnt? Then why were there nearly no Veigars in LCS or even diamond? I think you have just no idea how Veigar was needed to be played.

I could also say, since you have the best ratings with Ammumu and Tristana, that these champions need no skill at all. Tristana is last hitting, jumping away from time to time and ult. and?

And Ammumu has only 1 skillshot.

So does these champions then need skill? probably far less then the old Veigar.

I meant it as a compliment towards current Veigar players. Those that got over the skillshot part of his kit and the cast tell on his stun and still find success have obviously overcome the problems of the rework, meaning they are more skillful than some other players that couldn't play anymore.

But ok, if you are gonna be a dick towards the champions I play, alright. Whatever. I shouldn't have said anything. I was recognizing the skill some of you have to still play Veigar really well, but ok.

If it was, he could be toned down slightly on AP ratios. Honestly, it was the best change ever as it no longer made him dependent on kill-stealing for AP.
