Why just why

Looked at the PBE and saw that ignite’s damage is being lowered and got excited, then I saw it’s cd is getting lowered too. Why are they doing this, ignite needed straight nerfs and no compensation buffs. Every game I play at least 5 people have ignite. Just nerf the damage and don’t buff the cd. I don’t need to bring getting flashed ignited more often.
