His win rate wasn't even bad for a "high skill cap" champion. And out of all the things you buff did it have to be his fucking damage? What he has the most of?

He had a shit play rate, so they made it better. His passive will always be a crutch for him if not taken advantage of fully, so he could use some love.

Saying his passive is a crutch is saying that he's using it to cover a weak point, which he barely has. His damage is insane throughout all points of the game. He gets decent mobility, and anyone that uses his mobility as an excuse just can't use their e to stop assassins because its not only a displacement it's also a slow.

He was never meant to be a champion for people to just pick up and win with. That's why people don't play him. But the people that do play with him win most of their games because of how fucking easy it is to snowball a lane when you get one kill at level 3. I think he's always been strong and I hate him but thought he was in a good spot, where people that put time into him did well and others didn't. He didnt need buffs.
