Are the warrior changes a nerf or buff?

Enchantment : Warrior [Potentially more changes] No longer has 10 armor penetration New Unique Passive - Warrior's Wraith: 10% of physical damage dealt will be apply again as true damage over next 3 seconds

By the looks of it assassin junglers will be weaker and fighters will be stronger. The only problem is assasin junglers are weak already. Why not just split the item and make one upgrade for assassins and another for fighters? Then again i'm just silver so my opinion is meh

Assassin junglers will be stronger not weaker. It's a buff overall.

Anything with high upfront damage will do better with that item.

jungle items can only have 4 upgrades ever, thats what rito decided cuz they dont like diversity. thats what they say in every patch note.

also, this is a pretty big nerf. it would be a sick buff if it was on an AP item so poke champions can utilize it, but for AD champions, not a single AD champion in the entire game benefits from that.

why not have runeglaive and magus at the same time in the game? the difference is large enough. nobody knows.

they really cant decide if they want the burn passive or not. so now theyre basically going back to lizard elders true damage burn. well at least its gonna be better on jungle garen?

well, debatable. armor pen is useful on most fighters.

Where are you seeing this change? Anyway, I think it looks like a lot of fun. I'm glad they're giving the jungle items more personality, instead of having them be statballs. I'm curious, with the unique passive, if I deal physical damage from multiple sources, will DoTs all stack?

That's my main concern. I mean... Technically it's a buff for all out AD junglers. But if they are of the burst variety... If the buff doesn't stack, it'll be a nerf. (since they won't have the bonus penetration)

Rengar burst comes from 3-4 successives AA. If only the last one proc's the "bleed"... It'll be a nerf.

The fact that the 10% damage is over 3 seconds makes it seem like a nerf to me outside of a maybe a few champs like Hec and Skarner. It's a nerf because the damage doesn't stack if reapplied but instead refreshes so if you're AAing once every second or so, that means you'll get an extra ~3% AD damage per second. That ain't much.
