Making changes to items without giving the players the ability to change their item setups?

Can anyone please tell me who in their right mind thinks that when a game is broken as League is that making more changes to different areas is better then fixing the problems with the game. I am talking about Item setups. _Riot makes changes to items but does not give the player the ability to alter their item setups to reflect those changes. _ This problem is just getting worse for people who rely on item setups. With the latest patch Riot has now made my item setups pretty much useless. To begin, I have a life outside League of leadheads. I play maybe a game or 2 maybe 3 times a week. It's all the time i am prepared to waste on this. With that in mind, I don't have the time to memorize every item and champion change 2 times a month. I used to like to play the game but it is painfully obvious that in order to stay up with the game you need to commit extended periods of time studying the game changes in order to have the ability to play it successfully. Now when i say "successfully" I mean have a close to 50% win loss with 1 game out of 20 being a Great battle. This concept that the best out of the game is a close battle between evenly matched teams is all too apparently lost to the people at Riot. With all the changes that are mentioned here not one reflects the obvious flaws with the game. That almost every single match fails to deliver even game play where either party could win. Every game I play is so lob-sided that it is getting ridiculously boring. It's as Boring to Win as it is painful to lose. As a player that only plays solo support, I would expect that riot would find a game in which I would not be completely out skilled or stupidly over skilled. Heck I've only ever been a silver 4 and I can't seem to find a game that I have chance at winning or am so stupidly over skilled to play. And now for the Cherry on the top of the insanity, Riot has chosen to take the starting support items that I relied on out of ARAMs.

Can someone at riot remove their heads from the sand and start to look at the match making process, the Game play and Restoring Items setups?
