I think he means from her Hawkshot passive. And if she doesn't proc the bonus gold, that is weird and imo, wrong and should be fixed.

I understood that; I think if she buys a relic shield, she should still get the +3 gold, but if her supp buys the relic shield, she should not get the +3 gold from its procs.
