I really, really dislike the blatant exclusion of some of the champs that I love. (and most of all: quinn)

I don't like that my favorite champ was takin out of the mode and I can't play her as a marksman like I play her adc in botlane :<

Also, all the other marksman were takin out of the mode and that was really sad.

THIS IS DESCRIMINATION.

Quinn is most likely excluded since she would have too much of an advantage there. Her W active combined with her R would make it nearly impossible for the enemy in overcharge mode to catch and kill her.

Probably the same reason why Teemo is excluded. If enemy overcharges, he would just go invisible and wait out the timer.
